These are the Rules to the group now known as

ASSASSINS OF GOR BLACK CASTE

AOGBC

If you have had the unfortunate news that you are being hunted, then this is the right page to be looking at.

Most times...You will face only one assassin. Mine, or one of this Caste's group Members.

But...Your crimes may have warrented that your character must absolutely die. So...You might not only be facing me, but two assassins coming for your char.It's gor..It's unfair. If you ride the bus you must pay your fare.

Making an Assassination Attempt:

IMPORTANT: An attempt can only be made once all steps for hunting in previous guidelines are met. Please be sure to read entire page. Once all steps are met and you are ready to make your attempt, the following steps must be taken.

1) Entire attempt must be logged.

2) Must have unbiased proctor in room to back up log and post circumstances.

3) Roll 1d8 to determine if seen or unseen.

       1-4 Unseen, continue attempt.
       5-8 Seen, recommend that you withdraw from attempt and try another day.

Note: If you decide to go ahead with the attempt and you do not kill your target with the one roll strike, the target has full rights to challenge and force your character to a DM if it is his wish. If you are going to play, expect to pay if you continue under being seen.

Proctor should state in room at this time:
<Assassin seen> or <Assassin unseen, do not react to presence.>

4) During an attempt, it is important that your character states in his/her actions of being on a hunt and baring the mark of an assassin (which is the painted dagger on your forehead) before you make the actual strike.
Proctor should state in room at this time:
<Assassin has stated his intent and wears the painted dagger.>

5) You are to describe your hit out and state your targets full screen name before the roll of the dice.

6) You will roll your dice now. (2d21, 2d22, or 2d23)

Stats PER dice:

1-9              Miss
10-14           2 Points damage(if DM is called for being seen)
15-17           3 Points damage(if DM is called for being seen)
18-23           Assassination Successful, target is dead.

7) If you miss and were UNSEEN entering, your character should now escape the room(no roll needed)

8) If you miss and were SEEN entering, your character is expected to remain and face the consequences(mentioned further down).

Proctor should state one of the following in room at this time:

For those attempts by an unseen:

<Target missed, Assassin escapes unseen.>
<Target wounded, ? points damage. Assassin escapes unseen.>

For those attempts made by a seen assassin:
<Target missed, Target has right to force Assassin into a DM>
<Target wounded. Target has right to force Assassin into a DM but has ? points damage.>

For successful Assassinations:
<Assassination Hit Successful, Target Killed>

DEATH MATCHES

The ONLY characters allowed to fight this death match are the Assassin who made the attempt and the target mentioned in the attempt. There are no exceptions.
