| 1) The BRoG is an IC /
OOC caste, set up to regulate and register builders throughout Gor.
We provide this through the training and promotion of qualified
builders. * Note - Due to underage issues - Your char & mun Must be 18 years or older to register and play within BRoG A) The BRoG wishes to promote an enjoyable and harassment free caste, for you to expand the knowledge and skills of your builder. With this in mind, the BRoG will not tolerate any mun / char bashing, bullying or flaming. If an incident as such is turned in, the chairs will review the charges and evidence of the offense, if found guilty you Munwise and your Char / Chars will be removed from BRoG. We do not need nor desire that type of Mun / Char / Chars in this caste. * Note - If you have any complaints upon members of the caste acting in this way, direct them to First and Second Chair. They will be reviewed and handled justly. 2) Within the BRoG there will be three levels of advancement. Apprentice, Journeyman & Master levels. Each level will require a three ( mun ) month period of activity before the next level can be obtained. A) Apprenticeship: The apprentice will be required to submit three logs of building, sending them into his / her Mentor ( Instructor ), First Chair ( Caste Leader ) & Third Chair ( Applications & Operations ). The logs will be sent to these three to be approved before being sent into SRoG or AoG. These logs ideally may be sent in one per month. At the end of the three month period of apprenticeship, if all logs are submitted and are reviewed and found to be satisfactorily to standards, the apprentice will be then promoted to Journeyman status. * Note - If an apprentice is inactive for his training period of three mun months, they will be give a fourth month with a warning ( We understand mun stuff happens ) and if after that fourth month the apprentice is still inactive or has not made any correspondence to the leadership, or any attempt to send in required logs, the apprentice will then be removed from BRoG. No apprentice will be permitted to be a mentor. You are in training and as such will not be permitted to train another. And may not hold any chair or judges position. B) Journeyman : The journeyman will be required to maintain active work in the building field for the period of three ( mun ) months and have mentored at least one apprentice. At the end of this period, if the journeyman has satisfied these requirements, he / she will be promoted to the level of Master. * Note - A journeyman may only mentor one apprentice at a time. And may only hold the judges position. C) Master : The Master will be required to aide and hand down his / her knowledge to those that require the assistance. The master at this point is the fountain of information that can and will feed the rest of the caste. Take pride in your achievements and knowledge and pass it on, you are now a Master Builder. * Note - A Master may mentor up to two apprentices at a time, but no more then two at any given time. And may hold any chair position or judges position with the exception that 1st Chair must be male. 3) The BRoG leadership will be in a three chairs and two judges council. A) First Chair - First Chair over see's the caste as a whole, Holds monthly and when needed biweekly meetings. Listens to and deals with questions and problems within the caste. The First Chair will have final say over all caste matters. B) Second Chair - Second Chair over see's and sets up training classes such as Naval combat etc... Also stands in for First Chair when the First Chair is unable to be present. C) Third Chair - Third Chair handles applications and operations within the caste. All applications are sent to Third Chair. Third Chair reviews building logs and mentoring, makes recommendations to First Chair for promotions. D) Judges - Judges are just that. When an issue arises that requires a larger council and the judges expertise, they will be called in to aid the chairs and give their verdicts upon the circumstances at hand. Judges will be required to be impartial and listen fully to all sides involved within the case at hand, then present their verdict to the First Chair.
