On the 1st day of the
Third Hand of the Month of Se'Kara (7)
in the year 10,158 CA, I, Darkiarius
have reclaimed the Ubarate of KaZ'ahr
once more to hold once more on my
shoulders. This order will remain in
effect until a new administration and
new high caste structure can once more
be restored. To retake a position I have
been in for over twenty-eight En'Var was
a heavy decision, but for the prosperity
of KaZ'ahr; it will once more be
handled. I will once more keep my
resolve and guide KaZ'ahr to the path of
prosperity once more. Those that have
made agreements with the city through
the administration will have to contact
me or Ana Kaii (AnaKaiiX) in regards to
them. This shall go into effect for 30
days, if there is no contact, any
alliance, trade alliance of any sort
will be considered null and void.

The Isle of Gortuga was
among the first to feel the wrath of the Hurricane. As
the storm drew closer preparations were in full swing
getting homes protected, supplies in place and everyone
moved to higher ground. With Alda and his companion
leaving the Isle well before the storm hit many others
chose to remain. Captain Jack had many take shelter in
the connected series of caves that were in some of the
higher elevations. Most of the Isle made it to some form
of shelter but there is one known incident of a dock
worker and his companion missing, for now their son in
the care of Captain Jack and his companion Winnie
Donkraff after being found during one of the breaks in
the storm and brought to the caves. Minor injuries were
had by Aeredhel Ordered and Tsi Pai in making sure
others were safely within the caves. While riding the
storm out there was even a claiming by Aeredhel of his
former slave, now known as Andrea Ordred. Now that the
storm has passed by repairs have begun to damaged ships,
docks and homes as well as replanting uprooted crops at
Gortuga Farms. At this time some members of the Isle
have traveled to the main land to obtain needed supplies
for rebuilding.

fourth day of the seventh Passage Hand of the year 10,158 Contasta
Ar, (10/15/08), that the man Daven Wray of the Caste of Builders is
charged with:
Abandonment of his Home Stone
Failure to Honor his Oath to his Home Stone
These charges brought forth this day are proven by the written words
of Daven Wray of the Caste of Builders, quoted as “I am not a
citizen of Jula." followed by his desertion of the Village.
Daven Wray is hereby caste out of Darks Village Jula and is publicly
denied bread and salt, and, under penalty of death by impalement, is
never again to come within ten pasangs of the lands known as Darks
Estate. Furthermore, the Document of Citizenship to Darks Village
Jula that was placed into effect on the first day of the third hand
of the month of Se’Kara, in the year 10,158 Contasta Ar shall be
considered null and void from the date of his Banishment onward.
