Keegan has been impaled for resisting
arrest after becoming irate because he
was asked to refrain from further
insults to the Free Women of Cos and
personal guests of the Ubar.The man became
abusive and belligerent, ignoring the
words of the Ubar and the Commander of
the City Guard.
His body
now has a home on the pikes of the Gates
of Temos, a lesson for all who think to
come to Cos and start trouble, or smear

The Isle of Gortuga was
among the first to feel the wrath of the Hurricane. As
the storm drew closer preparations were in full swing
getting homes protected, supplies in place and everyone
moved to higher ground. With Alda and his companion
leaving the Isle well before the storm hit many others
chose to remain. Captain Jack had many take shelter in
the connected series of caves that were in some of the
higher elevations. Most of the Isle made it to some form
of shelter but there is one known incident of a dock
worker and his companion missing, for now their son in
the care of Captain Jack and his companion Winnie
Donkraff after being found during one of the breaks in
the storm and brought to the caves. Minor injuries were
had by Aeredhel Ordered and Tsi Pai in making sure
others were safely within the caves. While riding the
storm out there was even a claiming by Aeredhel of his
former slave, now known as Andrea Ordred. Now that the
storm has passed by repairs have begun to damaged ships,
docks and homes as well as replanting uprooted crops at
Gortuga Farms. At this time some members of the Isle
have traveled to the main land to obtain needed supplies
for rebuilding.

HAIL SCHENDI!
As you all know, the Schendi Ship Races took
place here in Schendi in the past hand. As usual,
Schendians did very well!
Congratulations to Justin Blood, who placed third
overall in the races!
He won the 3rd Place Captains' Gold Cup, a Medium Ram,
100 gold coins, and a case of Schendian Wine for that
win.
Congratulations to Justin Blood and ConnRhysMonroe, who
won 3rd and 5th place for the first day and each won a
Heavy Ram ship!
And congratulations to Mathayous, who won 5th place on
the second day and won a Heavy Ram ship!

Also, I had never followed up about the Bandarius Kell
Memorial Festival Warrior's Tournament in the city of
Laura.
Congratulations to Lukas Falconaire for taking 2nd place
in the tournament, defeating three worthy competitors to
get into the finals and losing to Lucien Iteratus in a
very close match, final score 15-13!
Sakari Justice has just purchased a home below the Nyoka
River on North Schendi Beach. She has named her new home
Maison de Nouveau Origine.
Rourke (LoneShadWolf) has leased a home on the northern
end of the Schendi Cliffs with an option to purchase it
when he becomes a citizen of Schendi. He has named it
Den del Lupo.
Audric Salizar has leased a home on the southern end of
the Lower Schendi Cliffs Beach with an option to
purchase it when he becomes a citizen of Schendi. He has
named it Medaudric's Folly. Rukia Fay and Medi Myst will
move into it with him, along with his slave (Ivtzevivi).

In an
unprecedented attack, pirates
were able to gain access to the
city from the backside of the
Isle through the jungle. The two
women in the Inn, Gwyn and
Krysta were whisked away by the
fast thinking of their guards,
slaves scattered unharmed.
Khilintyme along with Gwyn's
personal guard Mic and the Inn
guards battled bravely.
The Inn guards were killed and
Mic was seriously injured, and
left for dead. The pirates made
their way back to the jungle
carrying Khil's unconscious form
with the City guards in
hot pursuit. Despite their
heroic efforts, hindered by the
thick foliage and a vicious
attack by a jungle panther, the
City Guards lost precious time,
the pirates were able to escape,
their ship well underway by the
time the City Guards reached the
beach. A bounty has been
put on the head of Rina the
Pirate and will be posted
throughout the Islands of the
Thassa.
Mic was taken to the clinic and
is expected to make a full
recovery.
A fleet of Island ships have
been deployed to scour the
Thassa.Ven (Gorean Vengeance)
remains on the Isle increasing
the Harbor security
and is working on a plan to
protect the city from
blind-sided attacks such as
this.

After a harrowing experience at
the hands of the Ruthless
pirates, the Fleet of Ivory and
Bone was able to Regain its
Administrator, Khilintyme, with
no incident. Khilintyme has been
returned safely by the Island
fleet, no worse for wear.

the Ivory and Bone fleet for
their swift and decisive actions
that resulted in the timely and
healthy return to his home.

On the 1st day of the
Third Hand of the Month of Se'Kara (7)
in the year 10,158 CA, I, Darkiarius
have reclaimed the Ubarate of KaZ'ahr
once more to hold once more on my
shoulders. This order will remain in
effect until a new administration and
new high caste structure can once more
be restored. To retake a position I have
been in for over twenty-eight En'Var was
a heavy decision, but for the prosperity
of KaZ'ahr; it will once more be
handled. I will once more keep my
resolve and guide KaZ'ahr to the path of
prosperity once more. Those that have
made agreements with the city through
the administration will have to contact
me or Ana Kaii (AnaKaiiX) in regards to
them. This shall go into effect for 30
days, if there is no contact, any
alliance, trade alliance of any sort
