CA Let it be known that contrary to
rumours regarding the complete
destruction of Woodhaven by fire at the
hands of its previous Administrator, the
case is not so. An assessment has been
made of the actual damage and thanks to
the proactive and rigorous intervention
of our Tharlarion force, under the
command of long time commander, Rayvynex,
much of the City remained unaffected.
Losses include several of the formerly
inhabited Houses, the Inn, as well as
the stables and ranch. The most
significant loss has been our library
which housed an extensive collection of
volumes and scrolls on various topics.
Such is a loss to all of Gor.
Nonetheless, rebuilding and repair has
commenced with what resources have
availed themselves to us.
As the City remains still in a time of
repair and renewal, I will continue to
stand as Ubar, until that time that the
situation has stabilized and a Council
will be set in place. Recruiting and
invitation has begun. Soon again,
Woodhaven will thrive as the Pearl of
the Vosk.
