Surrounded by family, she was brought into this world
by Galadriel Armand, Physician.
Payne was named by her father, 
and is the granddaughter of
 Soron Thunder, Ubar and Lady Eva Nicole.
 
A thriving, healthy little girl fell asleep on her fathers chest,
while her mother rested along side him.
Both are doing wonderfully.
Rage survived. Barely.
 
She will be loved deeply and protected fiercely.
