A search is being conducted for the man known as
Perrin Degare. The man in question was approximately six
feet in height, with sandy colored hair, and blue eyes. He frequently wore
a crimson colored cloak, with a ship and tarn on the back.
A member of the pirates, he is known to have family in the city of Jula.
His companion, Rose Degare, is currently under the protection of
Picaroon Isle. If at the end of four moons' time he has not been found,
the companionship will be dissolved.
