located in the Eastern Vosk River region,
near Woodhaven and other fine Cities with
which there is regular interaction. The City
has engaging, active Citizens who often
gather for work and relaxation. Ar Station

Sailing up the Vosk River from Port Kar the river
offers beautiful scenery, dangerous outlaws
roaming the shoreline looking for the unwary, small
villages and many cities. Some of these cities are
members of the Vosk League. After one particular bend
in the river a watchtower comes into view. This marks
the entry into the Port City of Jasmine. Dock your
ship and announce your arrival with the Harbor Master,
then come and enjoy the sights and wonderful aromas
from the Market Square and all that our wonderful city
has to offer.

Rebuilding of Torcadino
We welcome you to the City of
Torcadino and invite you to visit the fair city.
The city is a trade city that sits on the junction
of several routes most commonly used to move
merchandise from place to place. The city teams
with life and the bustle of commerce at its
fullest. The market places hold a multitude of
booths that house everything from exotic spices to
the finest of silks and metal workings. Not only
do we have access to the goods that are moved
through Torcadino but the fertile grounds around
our city produce excellent agricultural goods of
their own. Grains, vegetables and live stock can
all be found in our markets for the right price.
In addition to the constant
supply of goods from the caravans that move
through Torcadino we have a strong force of
mercenaries that offer their protection and
services for the right price. The city is known
for its hired swords and has been through
history. The occupation of Cos is over and we are
rebuilding ourselves once again. It is a slow and
difficult process but we will once again rise to
the prosperity of old. There is room for growth
and prosperity for all in this exciting time!
There is room for those of all Castes and Callings
within our walls so long as they obey the laws of
our City and honor our Home Stone. The time to
grow is now. The rebuilding of a city is not for
all. Only the strong of heart and mind need to
even try. Not all that try will be accepted. In
order for a city to grow strong those within it
must be equally strong.

The island of Blood Stone has been
extensively restored and now it is time for it's
rebirth. The island has a primary section for many
businesses that are already opened as the streets and

welcome to stay at the Wailing Tharli Inn. It
provides rooms, food, with a dinning center, as well as
many other things that traveler's may need. Speak with
the Inn keeper and she will make sure everything is to
your liking. All rooms open up to face the thassa and
it's gleaming beauty.

to the island required to make the Wailing Tharli Inn a
