Trade Agreement

Be it hereby decreed by the Owners of ( house or business) and "_______', respectively, that said stated have heretofore on this day entered into the following Alliance for the purpose of Trade reasons:

I. The above named agree to eliminate barriers to trade in goods and services between the territories of the Parties;

II. The above named agree to facilitate conditions of fair competition within the free trade area;

III. The above named agree to liberalize significantly conditions for investment within this free trade area;

IV. The above named agree to establish effective procedures for the joint administration of this Agreement and the resolution of disputes;

V. The Tariffs will be set at 1% of the gross value of goods coming or leaving either house/docks. Each individual house will be responsible for the following in regards to goods traded: transport, quality, guards and theft;

VI. Safe passage by land, air or sea in and out of the cities of the houses will be provided when the purpose of the trip is for trade. Each house is responsible for payment of taxes due to the respective cities;

VII. Acts of raiding are not formally endorsed, and without the cities knowledge will not be held against the city government or city. {Goreans raid that is common knowledge.} If the stealing is not of a political figure, it will be handled on a personal and individual level. However no raids will be sanctioned by the city, against the city of the Alliance, and the City Guards will defend the people that are under an alliance with them, with their very life if need be;

VIII. Payment of merchandise is due on receipt after inspection and a bill of lading is presented. Once payment is made, any loss including breakage, spoilage, theft, raid or piracy is the sole responsibility of the recipient;

IX. Renewal of this contract will take place every three mun months to show that an alliance still exists, and will remain in effect through the duration, or until the said parties pass to the Cities of Dust or the houses are closed;

X. Termination of this contract although possible should be given a two hands notice prior to final date. The notice must be in writing and delivered to the heads of the respective houses;
