Female Slavers are not allowed to participate in collaring to captures as the procedures state below. Females are allowed to capture uncollared slaves and unowned slaves, kajirae that already claim to be slaves that have no collar. Collaring and Capture are commonplace amongst Slavers. Collaring or captures will be conducted only under paid and approved contracts. Prior to ANY capture attempt, the Slaver must send to the target, via e-mail, the Papers of Enslavement. -- at which time the mun can refuse to RP it. A collaring or capture is initiated by clearly stating your intent to collar or capture a FreePerson using their complete SN and a roll of 1d21 with a roll of 20-21 on the initial roll being an instant collar. A roll of 12-19 then forces the target into a CM. A roll of 1-11 is a miss. If the Slaver rolls a miss, he may then roll up to two additional times, seeking to collar the target, provided the target has not fled the room. If the target flees the room after the initial roll, the Slaver will give chase only if the target remains in unprotected areas. Once the target goes to a safe haven the contract will be reported to the Caste Scribe as failed and closed. The target may elect to roll the 1d20 (or Caste die, ie: RRaMC would roll 1d23) as his/her first roll, and scores a 20 or above they are instantly freed and not to be sought by the Slaver again for a minimum of 15 days. An exception to the 15 day rule will be if the target remains and harasses or provokes the said Slaver at which time another CM or collaring may be initiated. This rule applies to instant releases only. The match is then fought to a score of 15. The Slaver using 2d21 and the target or mark using his/her Caste dice or 2d20 if the target has not claimed Caste. If the match is lost by the Slaver the target is free to go and will not be sought after for 30 days. An exception to the 30 day rule will be if the target remains and harasses or provokes the said Slaver, at which time a second CM or collaring may be initiated. This is to be proctored and logged. No RM or release match is offered for a CM. Any person with a House or Caste has RM rights so their people can work to free them. The Slaver will hold the target for a minimum of 3 days before presenting the target to the contractor. Within 3 days the target, if male, will be given an opportunity for escape. The captive will roll 1 Caste die (ie: RRaMC Elders would roll 1d24) A 19 or above is an escape. They will also be given an opportunity for escape when switching hands to a contractor 18 or up is an escape. |
